Step 1
The participants schedule a 20-minute no charge virtual consultation to determine if mediation is a good fit for all the participants and to understand the process and choose a path to options and resolution.
Step 2
The participants communicate and describe the issues and concerns with the assistance of a neutral and useful mediator.
Step 3
The participants and the mediator weigh various options, ideas, and perspectives to come up with working, viable options and resolutions.
Step 4
The mediator, with the assistance of the participants, develops a plan, arrangement or agreement for closure and resolution. If helpful, this may include the assistance of tax professionals and strategic alliances.
